The VCE VET Certificate II in Conservation and Land Management program aims to:
• provide participants with the knowledge and skills that will enhance their employment prospects in the agriculture, horticulture, conservation and land management or related industries • enable participants to gain a recognised credential and to make a more informed choice of vocation or career path. structure
The course consists of 15 units of competency : two compulsory units plus a minimum of 13 elective units to a minimum of 320 nominal hours. We will be doing 360 nominal hours.
On successful completion of the course, students are eligible for: • the award of AHC21010 Certificate II in Conservation and Land Management • recognition of two or more VCE units at Units 1 and 2 level and a Units 3 and 4 sequence. employment
Certificate II in Conservation and Land Management provides employment
opportunities in a variety of roles in conserving and protecting parks, bushland,
creeks and rivers. With additional training and experience, future employment opportunities may include conservation assistant, field officer, land management officer and natural area restoration supervisor.
