At Sherbrooke P-12 School we nurture growth to inspire independent learners to achieve their potential

Nurturing individuals for a stronger community

Picture
Sherbrooke Community School, situated in the leafy Dandenong Ranges, is a small Prep-12 government school that has been operating since 1985. With a capped student population of 150, students are grouped into four teaching teams; Prep – year 6, years 7-9, and VCE/VCAL years 10-12.

Sherbrooke Community School is proud of the work it undertakes to provide a viable alternate educational setting.  Sherbrooke students enjoy smaller class sizes enabling them to learn in an environment of inclusiveness and support.

We strive to develop a school community of empathic, passionate and active global citizens that strive for personal best.  We endeavour to treat each student as a unique individual in a community setting.

Sherbrooke Community School believes in pathways for all.  We offer academic and vocational pathways seeking to find the right match for each student to reach their destination, whether that choice be University, TAFE, training or employment.
